Abstract

The problem of legal structure of buildings erected without proper legal authorization and legitimation stiffening are considered; acquisition of title for buildings erected without proper legal authorization is studied in the historical aspect; reasons for theoretical and practical issues connected with the notion of buildings erected without proper legal authorization are proved.
