Shatskaya Evgeniya Yurjevna
was born in February 24, 1972. In 2008 she graduated
from the Ural branch of Russian Academy of Justice.
At present she is a senior teacher of the state
legal disciplines department at the Ural branch of
the Russian Academy of Justice. She is the author of
five publications. Research interests: issues of

Shmidt Artem Aleksandrovich
was born on July 2, 1983. In 2004 he graduated from
Chelyabinsk Law Institute of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 2012
he defended a candidate’s thesis in Administrative
legal regulation of the activity of police executing
the control of industrial explosives. At present he
is an associate professor of the State and Civil
Legal Disciplines Department of South Ural State
University He is the author of 20 publications.
Research interests: issues of administrative legal
regulation of the activity of law-enforcement
authorities and administrative responsibility.
