was born on November 4, 1987 in Chelyabinsk. In 2009 he graduated from the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Justice. Now he is a postgraduate student of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminal Executive Law of South Ural State University. He is the author of 15 publications. Abstract

Some aspects of social determination of the criminal law and forms of social expectations are considered; the results of survey of public opinion of hierarchy estimation of the objects of criminal and legal protection in the system of Special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as well as axiological value, identified by the legislator, and its correspondence to the opinion of the population are given in the article.
