was born on September 12, 1971. In 2010 he defended a doctorate thesis «Theoretical and applied issues of criminal prosecution for crimes committed by organized groups and criminal associations (criminal organizations)». He is the author of 100 publications. Now he is a professor of Criminal and Legal Subjects Department of South Ural State University. Research interests: information support of criminal proceeding, the use of the results of operational investigation in evidence in criminal cases, security of the participants of criminal procedures.
