Abstract

The article deals with the question of interrelation of requirements of justice of court sentence and the truth in the criminal procedure. The author emphasizes the fact that achievement of juristically truth by means of completeness, objectivity and omnitude of evidence study as well as their social and moral court evaluation is the guarantee of court sentence justice.
