Abstract |
The analysis of the most common material violation
of the law, entailing doubt in admissibility of
evidence, on the example of view of place of
occurrence, is made; recommendations, in accordance
to which a bailiff (investigator) must evaluate
admissibility of evidence in terms of regular order,
are given.
