Barabash Alexander Sergeevich

was born on July 20, 1977. In 1998 he graduated from the UralLawInstitute of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia. Now he is a lecturer of Criminal Procedure Department of the institute. Abstract

The legal nature of adversary is studied. Underlying factors are revealed. The comparative legal analysis of the notion of adversarial character in England is performed; on its basis the conclusion about the ways and methods of strengthening the adversary nature in Russia is made.
