Voronin Yuriy Alexandrovich
was born on October 23, 1945. In 1972 he graduated
from Sverdlovsk Law Institute. In 1983 he defended a
doctorate thesis “Tendencies of contemporary
bourgeois criminal policy. Criminal and
criminal-preventive aspects.” Now he is a professor
of the department of Criminal Law; Criminology and
Criminal Executive Law of South Ural State
University. He is the author of more than 110
publications. Research interests: criminal law and

Lalats Valeria Vladimirovna
was born on April 16, 1987. In 2010 she graduated
from the Faculty of Law of South Ural State
University. Now she is a postgraduate of the
department of Criminal Law, Criminalistics and
Criminal Executive Law of South Ural State
University. She is the author of 7 publications.
Research interests: criminal law and criminalistics.
