On the method of investigation of criminal activity on deprivation of rights to the management of legal bodies and their property.

was born on June 16, 1957. In 1993 he graduated from Yekaterinburg High School of Law of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. In 2002 he defended a doctorate thesis “Peculiar features of investigation crimes in emergency”. Now he is a professor of the department of Theory of Law and Crime and Legal Disciplines of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Grounds to justify judgment about the possibility of establishment a single method of investigation of criminal activity aimed at depriving of the owners of the rights to manage legal bodies and their property are set.
