Abstract

Following the analysis of current legislation the author concludes that the concept of “traffic safety” should include the protection of interests of road users. It is proposed to extend the concept of “traffic” and include the set of social relations that are emerging on the stages of preparation and organization of the process of direct spatial displacement.
