Grechkina Olga Vladimirovna
was born on September 20, 1958 in Chelyabinsk. In
1996 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics and
Law of South Ural State University. In 2011 she
defended a doctorate thesis “Administrative
jurisdiction of Customs bodies of the Russian
Federation: theoreticaland legal research”. Now she
is a Chairman of the department of Constitutional
and Administrative Law of South Ural State
University. She is the author of 80 publications.
Research interests: administrative jurisdiction of

Abstract |
The laws of historical development of administrative
judicature of custom authority in the first half of
the 20th Century are studied. The legal
framework of custom procedure is analyzed;
administrative and jurisdictional functions, which
are important from the point of view of
understanding the fundamentals and prospects of
development of customs administration, are
estimated. |
