Abstract |
The article deals with the analysis of possibilities
of cognitive scientific means as mind abilities. The
concept of the system of logical means and methods
studied in classical formal logic, which build a
specific theoretical method of rational cognition
and which can be seen as a basis for perception in
law, is proved in the article. The author analyzes
different opinions of the scholars given in the
references; basic lines in the analysis of the
question on role and meaning of logical means and
methods in law are revealed. The author comes to the
conclusion that with the help of logical means and
methods analytical work with cognitive means in law
is performed in the context of logical linguistic
research in different spheres of law. |
