							Abstract |

The possibility for introduction of a term corporate
entity of public law into civil law and empowering
this status with public law entities is considered
in the Article. Two basic approaches to the problem
of legislative recognition of corporate entity of
public law are given. The author doesn’t discover
the necessity for introduction such structure into
civil legislation nowadays and offers to consider
							governmental authorities (local government) as
subjects of private law acting in legal form of
							institution in civil legislation. |
