was born on February 1, 1978. In 2000 she graduated from South Ural State University. In 2005 she defended a Candidate’s thesis “Legal state as a category of general theory of law”. Now she is an Associate Professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines of South Ural State University. She is the author of 40 publications. Abstract

The article gives the analysis of one of the most essential and controversial problems of theory of law that is legal condition category. Some problems of differentiation between legal condition and legal nature are analyzed; bearers of legal conditions and nature are defined; special attention is paid to the structure of legal conditions and nature; it is proved that legal condition is legal nature in dynamics.
