Abstract |
The article gives the analysis of the first
Legislative Decrees of the Soviet state, devoted to
the problems of succession law. The author has a
critical view of basic approaches to definition of
provisions of the first Decrees of the Soviet system
found in scientific materials. On the basis of
accurate analysis the content of legislative acts
the author’s view, according to which despite of the
absence of the term succession in the content of law
first Decrees of the Soviet system have the rules of
succession, is proved. |
