Judicial precedent as a part of a constitutionalism mechanism of legal reality

Abstract

The article considers legal views of the Supreme Courts of the Russian Federation as the basis of forming judicial precedent. Thesis on the necessity of uniform approaches to their formation by means of accurate doctrinal analysis of the notion of judicial categories and principles used at dispute settlement is proved.
