Grounds for initiation of a criminal case – comparative analysis of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the Criminal Procedure Code of Kazakhstan


Parkhomenko Evgeny Nikolaevich

was born on January 1, 1969. In 1994 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Now he is the Head for Governance Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of General Prosecutor Office in the republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay Province, Senior Counselor of Justice. Research interests: criminal procedure legislation, law enforcement at the stage of initiation of a criminal case.
