Abstract |
The article analyzes the problems of the use of
special knowledge at examination, the relation of
terms “medical officer” and “an expert” used in
Article 179 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the
Russian Federation, procedural order and method for
the stated investigatory action executed with the
expert and by the expert; personal opinion on some
alterations in Article 179 of the Criminal Procedure
Code of the Russian Federation is given. |
