Kuldybaeva Irina Uralovna
was born on June 13, 1988. In 2010 she graduated
from Computer Technologies, Control and Radio
Electronics Faculty of South Ural State University.
In 2012 he received Master’s degree at the Faculty
of Law of South Ural State University. Now he is a
postgraduate student of the Department of
Constitutional and Administrative Law of South Ural
State University. She is the author of 8
publications. Research interests: legal regulation
