Disqualification of administrative officials: the comparison between the Russian and English legislation

Datsko Natalia Petrovna

was born on December 29, 1954. In 1979 she graduated from Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute. In 2001 she graduated from South Ural State University. In 2005 she defended a candidate’s thesis in Disqualification as an administrative sanction for violation of labour law. Now she is an associate professor of the Department of Labour and Social Law of South Ural State University. She is the author of 40 publications. Abstract

The analysis of the Russian and English legislation regulating bringing guilty officials to such punishment as disqualification is made. Similar features and maintenance of a register of disqualified people in particular are reveled. Some differences in severity and terms of punishment, subjects of liability, consequences of the punishment are pointed out.
