was born on September 30, 1983. In 2011 he defended a candidate’s thesis in Negatory Action. At present he is an associate professor of the Civil Law and Procedure Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of more than 50 publications. Abstract

Full characteristics of protective legal relations are given. Special attention is paid to the grounds. The issue on the structure of protective norm is analyzed; on the basis of a conclusion made the problem of relations between civil liability and protective measures is solved.
