was born on March 5, 1986. In 2008 he graduated from Samara Law Institute of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service. At present he is an adjunct of the Criminal and Criminal Executive Law Department of Samara Law Institute, a senior lieutenant of internal service. He is the author of eight publications. Some debating issues of transformation juvenile correctional faculties into study centers, limit period for keeping juvenile offenders in study centers and the necessity for the increase of the number of institutions of the kind are considered.
