Principles of state civil service: relation between constitutional and administrative legislation

Iogolevich Natalya Ivanovna

was born on May 10, 1963. In 1985 she graduated from Chelyabinsk Technical Institute. In 2007 she defended a doctorate thesis in Psychology of different levels managers’ integral individuality: polysystemic approach. At present she is a professor of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 80 publications. Research interests: psychology of personality, professionalism psychology, personal professional development, legal consciousness. E-mail: mirnnat@list.ru.

 

Sagandykov Mikhail Sergeevich

was born on August 28, 1979. In 2001 he graduated from South Ural State University. In 2004 he defended a candidate’s thesis in Constitutional principles of legal regulation of labour and other interconnected relations in the Russian Federation. At present he is an associate professor of the Labour and Social Rights Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 40 publications.
