Abstract

The possibility of the use of samples obtained by investigation activity for the comparative study in the process of proof is analyzed. The conclusion is made that samples for the comparative study obtained by investigation activities of a man without criminally-remedial guarantees for their acquisition can’t be used in the process of proof.
