was born on March 12, 1971. In 2006 she defended a candidate’s thesis in Urgent issues of institute of a criminal case proceedings suspension. At present she is an associate professor of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 19 publications. Murzina Vitalia Anatolievna

was born on July 24, 1990. In 2012 she graduated from South Ural State University. At present she is a postgraduate of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of three publications. Abstract

Nonprocedural information plays a special role in criminal proof having different procedural meaning depending on the sources of information and ways of receiving. Nowadays the question of definition of status of nonprocedural information is an open one.
