At present she is a degree-seeking student of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of three publications. Abstract

The notion of this concept, its characteristics and properties are analyzed. Comparative analysis of the notion with the legal category as res judicata is performed. The relation between res judicata and other principles of criminal procedure is observed.
