Abstract

Initial stage of the criminal procedure, which is an initiation of a criminal case, is highlighted in the article in terms of crime investigation, connected with illicit drug, psychotropic substances and their precursors trafficking. The problem of possibility of expert certificate on preliminary investigation to be an evidence is studied.
