Crime group dynamics in Russia: statistics and reality

was born on August 22, 1971. In 2006 he defended a Candidate’s thesis “Problems of criminal responsibility for the crimes committed by a group.” Now he is an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Techniques and Law of Samara State Transport University. Abstract

Crime grouplevel in Russia is analyzed. Official data of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation are given. The author of the article gives strong arguments for official statistic data falsity. The author’s perspective for the liquidation of a negative effect of decentralized counteractions to organized and group crimes in Russia is shown in the article.
