was born on October 23, 1945. In 1972 he graduated from Sverdlovsk Law Institute. In 1983 he defended a doctorate thesis «Tendencies of contemporary bourgeois criminal policy. Criminal and criminal-preventive aspects». Now he is a professor of the department of Criminal Law; Criminology and Criminal Executive Law of South Ural State University. Kudryavtseva Anna Vasilevnawas

born on July 6, 1966. In 1988 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Karaganda State University. In 1993 shedefendeda Candidate's thesis «The use of forensic medical knowledge incrimeinvestigation». In 2001 she defended a doctorate thesis «Forensicinvestigationas the institution flaw in criminal procedure». Now she is a professor of Criminal Procedure and Criminology Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 100 publications. Abstract

Changes in Article 15 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation brought by the Federal Law No. 420-ФЗ of the Russian Federation dated of December 7, 2011,according to which the court can change crime grade from the view of criminal procedure, are considered in the article.
