Abstract

The problem of involvement parents and other legal representatives of the minors to administrative responsibility for smoking in undesignated places is considered. The author proposes a new section of Administrative Violations Code of the Russian Federation which could help the officers, authorized to draw up the protocols on administrative offences, to impose administrative sanctions on parents and other legal representatives of the minors without any difficulties.
