Koneva Natalia Sergeevna

was born on December 12, 1979. In 2001 she graduated from Chelyabinsk State University. In 2003 she defended Candidate's thesis «Immunities unconstitutional law of the Russian Federation». Now she is an Associate Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 20publications. Research interests: constitutional process, constitutional control, activity of legislative (representative) bodies of state authority of Russia. E-mail: natalykoneva@yandex.ru.
