was born on September 1, 1956. In 1982she graduated from Moscow State Law Academy (Khabarovsk faculty). Now she is a Doctor of Science (Law), a professor, a head of Entrepreneurial and Economic Law Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 100 publications. Research interests: private and public in the sphere of entrepreneurial and professional activity; legal regulation of relations in the sphere of higher professional education. Abstract

Discrepancy between the provisions of Federal Law «On technical regulation», on the one hand, and the provisions of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, on the other hand, which are devoted to the issues of responsibility of a producer, a seller, a supplier, the work and service for non-observance of safety requirements and product quality in the sphere of technical regulation, is revealed.
