Abstract

Mistakes at the use of Section 1 Article 17.14 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation covering the responsibility of banks and other depository institutions for non-observance of requirements of bailiff are considered. The necessity of introduction such uniform act as the rule of the Federal Bailiff Service in the sphere of administrative responsibility is justified.
