Darovskih Svetlana Mikhailovna
defended a doctorate thesis «Forensic and legal
views in criminal procedure: theoretical basis and
forms of action» in 2011. Now she is a head of the
department of Criminal Proceeding and Criminology of
South Ural State University. She is the author of 58
publications. Research interests: criminal
proceeding, prosecutor's supervision, legal sources.

Tetyuev Stanislav Vladimirovich
was born on September 12, 1981 in Kopeisk of the
Chelyabinsk region. In 2003 he graduated from South
Ural State University with the specialty of
jurisprudence. In 2006 he defended a Candidate's
thesis «Questioning of the minor accused in
pre-trial investigation (procedural aspect)». Now he
is an Associate Professor of Criminal Proceeding and
Criminology Department of South Ural State
University. He is the author of100 publications.
