Abstract |
The article highlights the history of development of
disciplinary proceedings in Internal Affairs Bodies
of Russia in the
ХХ century;
features of their legal regulation are analyzed;
continuity of legal statutes is assessed. This
research allows us to make a conclusion that the
sources of legal regulation are characterized by
continuous development and evident continuity of
regulatory prescriptions with simultaneous
improvement of conceptual framework, procedural
problems, specification of legal competence and
forms of disciplinary penalty. |
