Abstract |
The article deals with assessment of the
Constitution of the Russian Federation in the
development of the Russian state and society,
provision of high standards of living of people and
citizens. Prospects of the Russian constitutional
system development as well as their influence on
constitutional provisions are considered in the
article. Basic values of the Constitution such as
the ideas of democracy and sovereignty and their
connection with other constitutional values are
studied. |
