Abstract |
The article highlights problems of modernization of
Human rights commissioner institution in the Russian
Federation. The emphasis is made on the fact that
there is no actual regulation of the institution in
the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Special
attention is made to imperfection of legal
regulation of Human rights commissioner institution
at the federal level and the level of the
constituent entities of the Federation. Specific
proposals are given in the article. |
