Vadim Mukhtarovich Tarzimanov

was born on July 6, 1984. In 2007 he graduated from the Institute of Justice of the Ural State Law Academy. Now he is a postgraduate student of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 2 publications. Abstract

The article deals with the problem of leaving the stage of institution of a criminal case in criminal proceedings of Russia. The authors argue upon the support of an idea that this stage should be kept and it should be updated.
