Sabitov Rashid Akremovich

was born on March 19, 1941. In 1968 he graduated from Saratov Institute of Law. In 1988 he defended a Doctor’s thesis “Criminal and legal regulation of postcriminal behaviour”. Now he is a professor of the Department of Criminal and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty of Law Enforcement Personnel Training of South Ural State University. He is the author of 150 publications. Research interests: theory of criminal and legal classification.

 

Sabitov Timur Rashidovich

was born on April 18, 1973. In 2000 he graduated from Chelyabinsk State University. In 2002 he defended a Candidate’s thesis “Cultural property protection: criminal and legal and criminological aspects”. Now he is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law of Novosibirsk State University. He is the author of 101 publications. Research interests: criminal law principles.
