Abstract

The article considers basic theoretical approaches to the concept of legal status and constitutional status, specific feature of constitutional status of government authority as the subjects of authoritative legal relations. Basic powers constituting the authority of Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation as one of the elements of its constitutional status are analyzed.
